RAIBC sales stand is prepared.
The National Hamfest at the Newark and Notts Showground has become THE event on the UK amateur radio calendar.
With the sponsorship of national society, RSGB and the support of major vendors, the National Hamfest 2010 is being held in the George Stephenson Pavilion of the Newark and Notts Showground on Friday, 1st October and Saturday, 3nd October 2010. RAIBC will be holding its AGM at 11h00 on Saturday, 2nd October. The RAIBC will also have a stand at the Hamfest comprising of two sections. The first section will give visitors the chance to see and hear the kind of radios loaned to RAIBC members. It will also feature information about the RAIBC. The second section will be our sales table. The RAIBC stand is a great place to buy anything from valves, old magazines and useful “junk” right up to modern radios.
